We will gladly accept your return in new or unused condition and containing all original materials included with the shipment, within 30 days of the delivery. Please note, if you return an item the both ways shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • Do you have an ottoman in the same color?

    No we do not have an ottoman, but we do have a bench in same leather, which is on back order. We also have dining chairs.

  • What is the seat area? Can it support 2 cushions as is shown on the picture? Where can I get those cushions?

    The seat area is 25½" W x 19" D. Its pretty wide and you can keep one or two cushions if you wish. The cushions covers are Durango pillows from Roost and you can shop them here Hope this helps

    Thanks for your question. We are very confident about the quality of the products we sell. We have not had any complaint about the leather in the Padron chair. High quality Leather becomes softer with wear and I think this chair will only improve with age. Hope this helps.

Shipping by Truck

Orders shipping by Truck- Larger items are shipped by truck or freight. Truck shipments take a few days more than regular Fedex or UPS shipment. You will be sent the tracking number and you should be able to track the shipment on the trucking company website. The shipping company will call you at the telephone number noted on your order and schedule a delivery appointment a day prior to delivery.

Upon arrival, please inspect your shipment thoroughly for any visible damages on the carton and equipment. The delivering carrier is required by law to make notations of the damages on the freight bill before you sign.The driver is required to wait for you to open the goods and inspect them. Please DO NOT SIGN THE FREIGHT BILL until a notation of the damage has been made on the face of the freight bill.

If you sign a clean BOL then Modish Store cannot accept any damages later on. Please do not sign the BOL till are satisfied with the item and there being no damages. If the damage is significant, you may choose to not sign and refuse the shipment. If this does occur, please contact us regarding a replacement shipment.
